Running races can't run without a band of  fantastic volunteers.

Could you give time to help out at our events and be part of a great team?

By Volunteering you can accumulate hours across any of our races and they can be used as credit for a free entry.

To have a free entry you require the following hours accumulated .

Cotswold Way Century  -  ticket is worth 8hrs volunteering

Cotswold Half Way  -  ticket is worth 6hrs volunteering

Broadway Marathon/Broadway Half Marathon  -  ticket is worth 5hrs volunteering

Hours accumulated are kept for a rolling 2 year period, so if you volunteered in 2022 you have until 2024 to use them, otherwise they are wiped clean. If you volunteered for 2022 and 2023 only the 2022 hrs would be removed at the end 2024... and so on. We have a master volunteer spreadsheet with all hours accumulated by everyone who has been on the team to date.

If you want to then redeem your hours for a race, email us and we will then send you the relevant link to enter that race, you are NOT automatically entered.

The volunteer ticket holds no monetary value, so if the event(s) have to be cancelled no monetary refund will be made.
