VOLUNTEER DATA POLICY

When you volunteer, we will ask for your contact details so we can keep you updated with information about the event and stay in touch during the event. 

Your name and sometimes phone number details will be shared with other volunteers so that volunteers can contact each other during an event.  If you DO NOT want your contact number shared between volunteers, then please advise us upon agreeing to volunteer.

We keep this data indefinitely for use whenever you volunteer.
