REFUNDS

Participant Cancellation 

Each race has its own participant cancellation policy, please see the relevant Race Brief and Rules for further details.

Refund policies for pregnancy and post partum: Every race has a separate, 100% refund policy for pregnancy and post-partum. Women should feel comfortable entering our events whilst planning pregnancy, in the knowledge that they won't be disadvantaged if they do receive the good news before the race.  Please contact us direct at info@cotswoldtrailevents.co.uk

Deferrals / Transfers

We do not do transfers For CWC / CHW or deferrals for any of our events as these create additional admin and costs close to the race when we are at our busiest preparing for the event. 

Transfers within the Broadway races can be done within your SiEntries entry, please see the relevant Race Brief and Rules for your event.

Cancellation by Cotswold Trail Events Ltd

If we need to cancel the event for any reason within our control then you will receive a 100% refund of your ticket price, we will not refund any XCover purchased.

If we need to cancel the event for circumstance outside our control, such as illness, injury, weather, pandemics, government advice, issues that make it unsafe or impossible to go head, we will transfer your ticket to a new date or refund 60% of the fee received by us for the entry immediately. We will have incurred admin costs and 40% will be withheld to cover costs which you agree to upon signing up to the event.
