You have the right to access information held about you. Please make sure that you give us enough information to uniquely identify you. Typically, name, address and/or past addresses, date of birth, and e-mail addresses will be sufficient. Obviously, we will have to keep this information in order to process your request. Entries: Please list every event you want us to check.
